Between 08 – 11.09.2019, Asociatia Habilitas – CRFP team,  participated to the final meeting of the Erasmus + New Care project – “Open educational resources for a new model of long-term care at nursing homes, based on dignity and well-being of the elderly”, project number: 2017-1-ES01-KA202-037853 held in Toledo, Spain.

The partners had the opportunity to present the results obtained from the implementation of the project in the participating countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark, Spain) and also to discuss its sustainability. Some of the topics discussed were:

– The results of the validation reports of the training program and its content

– Results of Multiplier Events

– The results of the implementation of the New Care pilot course in the participating countries

– Final evaluation and sustainability of the project

The dissemination event was held in the second day. The objective of this event was to present the products and results of the New-Care project and exchange opinions and experiences on the qualification of the reference professional to implement the CPCC model in long-term care servicies.

We can say that the project has been very successful in Romania, given the interest shown by the professionals in the field and the number of 23 participants in the e-learning course, who appreciated that “The methodology and content of the course are appropriate and easy to use on the e-learning platform”,” The learning materials were useful to deepen the information”and “The content of the course was adapted to the needs of vocational training and combined very well the theory with practical examples”.
