{"id":1569,"date":"2019-09-19T06:10:13","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T06:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.habilitas.ro\/?p=1569"},"modified":"2019-09-19T06:10:15","modified_gmt":"2019-09-19T06:10:15","slug":"erasmus-new-care-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.habilitas.ro\/index.php\/en\/2019\/09\/19\/erasmus-new-care-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Erasmus + New Care project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Between 08 &#8211; 11.09.2019, Asociatia\nHabilitas \u2013 CRFP team,&nbsp; participated to\nthe final meeting of the Erasmus + New Care project &#8211; <strong><em>&#8222;Open educational resources\nfor a new model of long-term care at nursing homes, based on dignity and\nwell-being of the elderly&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em>\nproject number: 2017-1-ES01-KA202-037853 held in Toledo, Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partners had the opportunity\nto present the results obtained from the implementation of the project in the\nparticipating countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark, Spain) and also to\ndiscuss its sustainability. Some of the topics discussed were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The results of the validation\nreports of the training program and its content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Results of Multiplier Events<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The results of the\nimplementation of the New Care pilot course in the participating countries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Final evaluation and sustainability\nof the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dissemination\nevent was held in the second day.
