Aspectul inovator al acestui program de formare consta in abordarea inter-generationala,<br \/>\ncare aduce impreuna generatiile in varsta si cele tinere, sporind invatarea reciproca si de asemenea, imbunatatind<br \/>\nrecunoasterea valorii, a experientei si a competentelor lucratorilor varstnici, pentru ca acestia sa poata fi mentori pentru lucratorii<br \/>\ntineri.
