De asemenea, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 echipeze managerii de \u00eengrijire cu competen\u021be pentru a r\u0103spunde mai bine nevoilor actuale de pe pia\u021ba muncii, \u00een special prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea abilit\u0103\u021bilor lor de a conduce schimbarea c\u0103tre abord\u0103ri de \u00cengrijire centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103 (PCC) \u00een contextele lor de lucru \u0219i oferind \u00eendrum\u0103ri managerilor de \u00eengrijire europeni cu privire la modul de implementare practic a leadership-ului centrat pe persoan\u0103, \u00een munca lor de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul final al proiectului este de a promova calitatea serviciilor c\u0103tre persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, \u00eencuraj\u00e2nd astfel incluziunea social\u0103 a acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBIECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivele proiectului Compass sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 ofere managerilor de \u00eengrijire europeni abilit\u0103\u021bi pentru a conduce schimbarea c\u0103tre adoptarea abord\u0103rilor de \u00eengrijire centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103 (PCC) \u00een contextele lor de lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 ofere managerilor de \u00eengrijire un spa\u021biu \u0219i o metodologie care s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 reflec\u021bia, reflexivitatea \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea din experien\u021ba de lucru, \u00een timp ce \u00eencepem dezvoltarea unei re\u021bele de profesioni\u0219ti care exercit\u0103 aceast\u0103 meserie la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i care sunt dornici s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 un proces de dezvoltare profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dezvoltarea unei Comunit\u0103\u021bi Europene de Practici (CoP) ale managerilor de \u00eengrijire \u0219i lucr\u0103torilor de \u00eengrijire pentru \u00cengrijirea centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103 (PCC) pentru persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, cu scopul de a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi, de a construi un limbaj comun \u0219i de a sprijini consolidarea unei noi viziuni profesionale asupra \u00eengrijirii umaniste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REZULTATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a-\u0219i atinge obiectivele, parteneriatul COMPASS, cu sprijinul p\u0103r\u021bilor cheie interesate, va dezvolta 3 pachete de lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong><em>Managerii de \u00eengrijire ca <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>lideri pentru \u00cengrijirea centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>(PCC<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>)<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivul general al acestui pachet de lucru este de a oferi managerilor de \u00eengrijire europeni abilit\u0103\u021bi pentru a conduce schimbarea c\u0103tre adoptarea abord\u0103rilor de \u00eengrijire centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103 (PCC) \u00een contextele lor de lucru.<strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezultatul final <\/strong>: un pachet de formare \u00een mai multe limbi, blended learning (adic\u0103 o combina\u021bie de&nbsp;
