T4L"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>An Erasmus + Project &#8211; Strategic Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training, financed by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duration: 30 months (1 October 2018-31 March &nbsp;2021)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aging of the population, both at national and European level, creates an increased demand for medical and social services aimed at the older people as well as an increased demand of care specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This aging process is parallel to an accelerated pace in technical development and modernization of the day-to-day life associated with a growing educational and professional level, which changes both the characteristics of the older people for whom these services are created and the profile of the skills and qualifications required for the care providers in this domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tenderness for Life project aims to address these changes through a detailed analysis of the contemporary older people profile and an analysis of the skills that an old age care worker should have in order to meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to develop an alternative curriculum centered on a humanistic approach to the competences acquired through the educational process and on the increase of digital competencies for the caregivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific <strong>obiectives<\/strong>of the project are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify the new job profile and competences for old age care, which is emerging from the contemporary changes in the care services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop a multimedia training course to enhance the competences of low skilled old age care workers to perform a better job role, to address care organisations\u2019 needs and to complement the initial qualifications of these care workers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Pilot the B-learning training course for old age care workers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Create a good practices guide on humanist approach to support old age care settings <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The target groups <\/strong>which take part in the activities of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Partner\u2019s staff members:<\/li><li>Care&amp;
